Are you a professional in accounting with extensive work experience, do you have a high degree of independence, team-oriented thinking and acting as well as the ability to analyze and optimize existing structures? Then you've come to the right place!
Your profile:
You have secure IT and MS Office skills. Even with a temporarily high volume of work, you are careful and resilient. You have the ability to understand and analyze processes quickly and can work independently and responsibly. They are also able to communicate and work in a team and have knowledge of Lexware.
Your tasks:
Your tasks are composed as follows:

Accounts receivable and accounts payable management, including the processing of payment transactions

Handling of dunning and monitoring of payment terms

Planning of payment management in coordination with the management

Price and order monitoring

Comparison of delivery notes / incoming invoice and outgoing invoice

Communication and correspondence with customers and suppliers (complaint processing)

Working and maintaining a CRM and inventory management system

Your profile:
You have a degree in economics with a focus on controlling, accounting, accounting, finance, business informatics or similar. You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in controlling and a good understanding of numbers.
