Your tasks:

Your tasks are composed as follows:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management, including the processing of payment transactions

• Handling of dunning and monitoring of payment terms

• Planning of payment management in coordination with the management

• Price and order monitoring

• Comparison of delivery notes / incoming invoice and outgoing invoice

• Communication and correspondence with customers and suppliers (complaint processing)

• Organization and handling of accounting

• Working and maintaining a CRM and inventory management system

• Contribution margin accounting, cost centers and carrier accounting

• Budget and forecast planning

• Creation of business plans with integrated full cost planning

• Investment and profitability calculations

• Profitability analyzes with an international focus

• Continuous further development of existing reports and the key figure system

• Cash flow management, support with the annual financial statements

• Special tasks and ad hoc analyzes
